Safety Policy

1. What our safeguards mean

Nikah Connect TT uses administrator review and the available reporting, blocking and privacy tools to help reduce misuse. We take reasonable steps to address concerns brought to our attention. We cannot prevent every scam, false statement, abusive interaction or other harm, and do not provide continuous monitoring or emergency response.

An approved account, identity check or reviewed reference is not proof that someone is safe, truthful, legally available to marry or suitable for you. Reviews are limited and are not comprehensive criminal or background checks. Independently verify important information before making personal, financial or marriage decisions.

2. Your precautions

• Keep passwords, login codes, precise home/work addresses and unnecessary financial or identity details private.
• Do not send money, accept investment offers or provide financial favours to someone you meet through the app.
• Use the photo and wali-sharing controls. Do not feel pressured to reveal information or move to another platform.
• Involve a trusted person, family member or wali where appropriate. Verify identity and important claims through reliable independent means.
• For a meeting, choose a public place, arrange your own transport, tell someone you trust and leave if uncomfortable.
• Stop contact and use block/report if someone threatens, pressures or deceives you. Do not retaliate or publish accusations containing private information.

3. Reports and emergencies

Report through the in-app tools or nikahconnecttt@gmail.com. Include the account identifier, approximate dates and a clear description. Preserve relevant lawful evidence where safe. Do not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents. Do not download, forward or attach suspected child sexual abuse material; report its location instead.

We assess reports and may take proportionate action, restrict accounts, preserve necessary evidence lawfully or contact the appropriate authorities. We cannot promise a particular result or response time. For immediate danger, contact the police or local emergency services instead of waiting for an app response. Child-safety contacts appear in the Child Safety Standards.

4. Responsibility and outcomes

You are responsible for your own behaviour, sharing choices, verification and decisions, including off-app contact and meetings. Other users remain responsible for their wrongdoing; these precautions do not excuse abuse or blame someone who experiences it.

Nikah Connect TT does not guarantee marriage, a match, a reply, a safe interaction or any other relationship outcome. We are not automatically responsible for another person's acts merely because an introduction occurred here. Nothing in this Policy removes our own obligations or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
