Nikah Connect TT Child Safety Standards

Nikah Connect TT is strictly intended for adults aged 18 and over. Children and anyone under 18 are prohibited from creating or using an account.

Nikah Connect TT has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, trafficking or any behaviour that endangers children.

Prohibited Conduct

Prohibited conduct includes:

• Creating an account while under 18
• Sexualising, exploiting, grooming or attempting to groom a child
• Requesting, creating, uploading, sharing or distributing child sexual abuse material
• Attempting to obtain sexual photographs, videos or messages from a child
• Using the platform to arrange inappropriate contact with a child
• Promoting or facilitating child trafficking or sexual exploitation
• Threatening, coercing, blackmailing or manipulating a child
• Sharing links or content that facilitates child abuse or exploitation

Reporting

Users can report concerning profiles, users and messages through the existing in-app Report feature.

Anyone who believes a child is in immediate danger should contact local emergency services or the appropriate law-enforcement authority.

Our Response

When Nikah Connect TT becomes aware of suspected child sexual abuse, exploitation or CSAM, we may:

• Immediately remove the relevant content
• Suspend or permanently ban involved accounts
• Preserve relevant information where legally required
• Investigate reports using authorised administrators
• Cooperate with law-enforcement or child-protection authorities
• Report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or the appropriate regional authority where required by applicable law

False reports may result in account action, but users will not be punished for making a genuine good-faith safety report.

Privacy

Reports and investigations are handled privately. Information may be shared with authorised service providers, law enforcement or child-protection authorities where reasonably necessary or legally required.
